 Shenyang Avaiation Forging Factory locates at No.11, Yushutun Street, Dongling District, Shenyang. With Tianzhu Mountain on the east and Hun River on the south, we own beautiful environment and convenient transportation.
We own a fixed asset of more than 20,000,000RMB and an area of 15,000m2.
We have strong forging abilities and technologies. With an annual capability of more than 4,000 tons, we can manufacture carbon steel, alloy structural steel, heat-resist stainless steel, high-temperature alloy steel, and forging parts made of titanium alloy, copper alloy and aluminium alloy, while having special advantages in manufacturing circular forging parts. With the HDXk2.0m grinding machine, we can produce any kind of circular parts less than 2 tons with an diameter between k600~k2400mm and a height between 60~260 as well as axial forging parts, circular froging parts and parts of other shapes less than 2,500 tons. On Dec. 11, 2001, Liaoning Provincial Quality & Technology Supervising Bureau signed us the "certification for manufacturing forging parts of pressure container" which enable us to manufacture flanges, pipes and boards for model I-IV pressure containers.
 Our main forging equipments include HDXk2.0m large-size grinding machine and free forging hammers of 3 tons, 2 tons, and 1 ton. With the cutting equipments such as C516A standing tool, C620, C630, C640 and C650 lathes, and X52K standing milling machine, we can process all kinds of forging parts roughly. With GJ4032, GJ4040 and GJ4050 machines with saws and k1400mm dics saw, we can cut all models of round steel and square steel.
We own many senior technical staff including some senior engineers who have been researching heat technology, new materials and techniques, and the production and application of heat-resist stainless steel, high-temperature allpy and titanium alloy forging parts.
